Is there any way to send a formatted Excel spreadsheet automatically to a user? I need to send some reports in this format on a regular basis. In using your calculated field syntax, I get an error message that states "The SQLEXP() function is not supported in user-SQL reports.____This is really unacceptable. What is everybody doing to read these fields?____

Has anything changed with this type of field? we just started using a service/repair program (AYS) that has all text fields as this type. Very cumbersome to use this for each field.

For readability, I would like to shade every other line. Has anyone come up with a way to do this?

I have created a shortcut for a report. When I try to run it, this is the error I get: ____Cannot open file: Leads Technologies Libraries____I run about 100 reports utilizing shortcuts without any problems, but this one refuses to run.

Not sure if you received my response.____Using MS SQL. Most reports require 3 or 4 tables, some as much as 6. I have no problem when I convert tables to Foxpro files. Software is Visual Accountmate.

I run about 60 reports. As many as 25 per day just using the shortcuts. I don^t use the runtime at all for this. Never have any problems. I also specify printers other then the default printer.
