The report has both page header/footer band lines, but no swapped groupings?

When I export a report to a RTF file extra page breaks appear in the output file. Specificaaly these are shown as "Section Break (Next Page)" in MS Word. The file prints properly to the default printer.____Note if I edit the file with MS Word, I^m able to take out the extra lines and have ...
