Can use index on a datetime field
I^m using version 12.5.001 with foxpro 9 tables. When I select a datetime field as the Master Index tab, the Data Type is Character. Shouldn^t the Data Type be Date/Time?____If I try Starting and Ending Scope values such as:__^9/1/2010 12:00:00 AM^ to ^10/1/2010 12:00:00 AM^ I get the message "...

Data Type for a datetime index tag
Im using v12.5.001 to access foxpro tables in MOM v7.____When I select a Master Index Tag field of type datetime, the Data Type restricts to type Character.____I would like to use this index to specify a starting and ending scope.
