I just got handed this application and I can^t find where to change the printer settings. Where is this RI_WPTR value? Is this a registry settings or is it in a file somewhere?

My client is using the R&R xbase with Cougar Mtn accounting 8.5. All but one user is fine. When that one user prints an invoice it is supposed to print 3 copies.
