Is there a way to stop the pdf printer from being added and removed over and over again? i.e. a static printer

We are getting the same error messages. After clicking 40 times on "Ignore" it seems to work ok, but having to click 40 times just to view a report is kinda ridiculous.____Using XP, Report Writer installed on the local machine. Data is on the network drive.

is there a way to create an executable for version 9.0? I want to be able to set up a report, where to export it, etc., and be able to click on it on my desktop and let it create the report without having to go into it any further. Anyone have a thought?
