Dual monitor problem

We recently upgraded our office to dual flat screen monitors. The problem is that R&R Report Writer doesn^t work properly when on the right monitor. Some buttons are missing and so we recommend that users use it on the left monitor only. Today a user reported that she cannot get R&R to open ...

Kathleen - we^re still having this problem with long PDF files. Eburst works fine on files up to about 20 pages. If I split a 60 page PDF file into three 20-page files, it works fine. But any long PDF file (defined as over 20 pages) bombs with the error reported initially. I have tried saving the 60...

Yes - everything about the PC is identical except it^s a newer, faster PC. We^re using Microsoft Outlook/Exchange for email. The version of Outlook is 2003, which was the same on her old PC.

PDFeburst error message

Kathleen,____We^ve been using PDFeburst for a while now and are on version 2.0. We have a single user license. That user recently got upgraded to a new PC, and she^s now finding that when she tries to Eburst a large PDF file (one containing 60 pages with each page going to a separate email address),...

The report in question was created before version 12.0.002, but it has been edited and saved several times using 12.0.002, and the parameter causing the Fatal 9 error was created using 12.0.002. We have a lot of reports created using past versions of R&R though they are all being updated with 12...

Fatal Error 9 bug

Hi Kathleen - are there any plans to fix the Fatal Error 9 bug? We typically get this when the report thinks a ParameteRR field^s length is too short (even when it isn^t). To fix it, we have to open the ParameteRR field, change the length to a couple of characters longer and save the report. We are ...

If a user crashes the program while in R&R, the User Management tool does not automatically release the license that the user held before the crash occurred. Our experience is that the license has to be manually released using the User Management tool in this situation.

PDF Eburst - several issues

We purchased this software last month and have run into several issues:____(1) We are running the software on CITRIX but we get an error when trying to "process" a PDF since it says it can^t find the email client. We run email locally (on the local PC) not on CITRIX. Is there a workaround ...
