===> RE: Fatal Error when running report
Update: I deleted a Calculated field that referred to the Parameter, recreated it and the error message has disappeared. I^m skeptical of that as a solution but I have run 10 consecutive tests with no error.____So, for now, I^ll consider the problem solved. Thank you.

Hello Kathleen:____The report was so successful that the client is now asking if I can add Top N selection! I believe that R&R can do that but I don^t see any option or Help reference.____-Can R&R do Top N?__-Where should I look for an explanation of the technique?__-Can the N figure be cont...

Sorting on a Pre-Procesed Total
Hello:____I have followed the [F1] instructions for sorting on a Pre-processed total (I found them very good).____The report is a list of Invoices totalled by Customer and then sorted from highest to lowest. The details are suppressed and only the total line appears for each Customer.____But there i...

==> RE: How to save Paper Source?
Kathleen:____That seems to describe our situation. There are 7 possible Sources here for our in-office printer. However, our client with fewer options CAN save the Paper Source - that^s good news.____Naturally I would like to avoid having the client reset the Paper Source with each revision of the r...

How to save Paper Source?
Hello:____When I use File | Page Setup, I can change the "Paper Source" destination (ie. "Auto select"). When I exit the report, R&R detects a change and allows me to save the file.____But when I re-open the report, the "Paper Source" has returned to what it was ori...

How does R&R know Master Table path
Hello:____1) Which factors determine where R&R looks for the Master Table?__My approach has been simple; place the *.RRW and *.DBF/CDX files in the same folder. This works well when transferring from our office to the client.____But now one report appears to retain the location used in our offic...
