Hi Kathleen - currently all our reports have RI_WPTR set to DEFAULT.

Morning Kathleen - I^ve added the PDFDRIVER=0 to the ini file and placed it in the folder with the run time, but we have not seen any improvement in the printing time. I had a though that the problem might be when trying to print multiple copes of the report, but it is the same with 1 or 20 printout...

Thanks Kathleen - This is with version 10 of R&R. Just a quick question. The clients are not using the full install of the R&R program, just the R&R runtime application, so they do not have the RRW.ini file on the Citrix server. Will the runtime app use the ini file if we add it?
