Why is R&R show "03:59 pm" instead of "04:00 pm"? I need to fix this.

I have setup the scan table for "hours paid" and "clock punches". But for the life of me, I cannot see how to change the band line properties to scan the two tables. It always band on "Record".

I have a datetime field in a visual foxpro 6.0 table. Using xbase designer, report shows the field with "10/18/2010 03:59 pm"; instead of "10/18/10 04:00:00 PM. Is there a rounding issue? I need it to show 04:00 PM. Thanks.
