I just wanted to report the fix to this problem. In my case I had to turn off the Librarian feature by adding the line "LIBRARIAN=OFF" to the DEFAULTS section of RSW.INI file, not the RRW.INI file. Once I made the change to this INI file, the Librarian feature was turned off and the error ...
