I am using RR 12, why is it that RR can only detect printers that are created by an administrator (windows)? Can someone shed some light on this? thanks in advance.

as subject, __users tend to camp on the R&R viewer and leave tables opened, it^s impossible to reindex files and do other maintenance work at night. if there no parameter in the runnin file, can i suggest that future updates do?
