Never mind.____I was able to insert a group footer instead of a page footer and that allowed multiple lines on the page with the group footer shrinking to fill up what was left.__

That^s the first thing I suggested. Unfortunately my customers aren^t very pragmatic. If there isn^t a later revision for V9 then I guess I^ll have to try V10 and see if that will help.____Thanks.__
