Kathleen____I had come up with the same solution__plus I used your suggestion of using PDF995__and I am using the Emailing capability and__everything works great____Thanks again.

Printing to a file
when printing to a file the format is not consistant. I cannot tell where the data lies in two numeric columns. The data is virtually displayed in one column.____The reports are pre-written reports.____What options do I have?____Thanks__George

Automating Reports
I have been successful in scheduling a report in the Vista Task Manager using a Control file and the report gets created in the designated folder. My next attempt was to take an existing report from Cougar Mountain GL00036.rrw and added user parameters to my control file__eg etc__RI_FIELD1=0000__RI_...

RR Command line
I am trying to send a report as a file to a folder by using the command line for RRW. I used /R<Report Name> /G but all it does is bring up the report in "design mode". I have tried to do this using the Windows "Run" feature. This is a sample c:..rrw.exe /R "c:..xxx.rrw"...
