Per an earlier message I think it has something to do with the default printers as we had been using R&R ok until we changed the names of our printers on the server.____Can this be replicated in the lab ?____Regards____Ian

Yes we did change some of the default printer names when this all started to go wrong. I think this may be it at last.____The only thing that is a mystery is why it opens ok in explorer but not when you choose file and open !____Thanks for the info, helped and sorted with work arounds.____Regards___...

Kathleen____Seems the problem as previously stated does not occur if you open the files from explorer rather than R&R.____Is this a bug ?____Regards____Ian

I have never been able to replicate this problem on Win2000 in our test lab. Other users have seen it so it must be a Windows setting someplace that causes havoc but I do not know what it is..____Kathleen__R&R Support
