There are four printers available in the Windows Control Panel, but none, other than the R&R PDF Printer, in Rapid Runner. The user is accessing the application through a Citrix connection and all printers are mapping properly.

Rapid Runner Printer Configuration
I have a user who is trying to print reports from Rapid Runner, but the printers are not showing up in the Report Destination window. When she selects Use Default Printer, it does not use anything. Only the R&R PDF Export shows in the window. What do I need to do to get her printers in there?__T...

Logo Error Messages
We recently upgraded a client to v10 from v9. When the client opens a report with a logo, we get an error message that the file must be converted to a bitmap. It could be a TIF file they are using for the logo, but we can^t even open it to edit it. Please advise.__Thank you,__Jimi Chappell
