Upgrading Report Works
Sorry if this isn^t the right forum for this question - but I am confused.____I have R&R Report Works, version 11.0.003. What do I need to do to upgrade to SP 05 edition?____I don^t have to pay the full upgrade price like users of earlier versions, do I?____

Yes, the reinstall seemed to go fine, but when it asks me to register the software (with company name and email address), I get the error and can^t get past it.

I had the same problem. Upgrading to version 10+ fixed the problem. ____I have been very happy with the latest version and it works well in our terminal services environment.
