It is nice to see that R&R 9 will now do Page X of Y correctly. I am also pleased to see page numbering reset at group level, however I am struggling to get Page X of Y per group.____Eg Page 1 of 2, Page 2 of 2 for first group__ then Page 1 of 2, etc for next group.____X resets at group level, b...
