Our user launched the R&R rapid Runner thru Citrix, she got error message when running the report:____Cannot Executer Viewer EXE error code 21.____She has to exit the app and reopen it several times before she can have a report run succefully.____Any idea?____Thanks__

Thanks!____I tried to run server side setup.exe from workstation, nothing happens. I didn^t see any screen, such as welcome screen. The hourglass stays for few seconds and gone. Our users access R&R report Designer thru Citrix. Why sometimes a user has ^Send via MAPI^ option and sometimes the same user doesn^t have this mail option (not gray out, just don^t have that check box at all)?
