I am trying to create a CSV version of a report that is blank or says no data when there is nothing to write to it. Currently it doesn^t even create the csv version of the report. I^m able to show ^No Data^ when exporting to PDF, but unfortunately haven^t figured it out for CSV. Thanks!

We have to work with german us Formats on date and numeric fields. Until now, we don^t know how to save a specific regional setting with the reports, so that sometimes reports created with german settings appear with US setting and vice versa.__
