My co-worker said to check the file name. She thinks it is probably just a syntax error. She works with excel all the time and also runs w2000 and 97 on the same PC.

The RRW files (or RSW for the SQL Edition) are usually stored on the local PC (i.e. in My Documents), or in the data area of an application.
