I am looking for a way to pull the most recent/last record in the database. My database contains history rows. It appears to me that R&R pulls the first record it finds fitting my filter. __I did not see any function that looked like it might work. Any ideas!

But if I select that it will not send it in CSV format, right?

I am having a problem with a report that exports to a csv file. Even though I have gone into the properties of the fields and indicated the width in characters, The export file has the width of the database size. How do I get the widths to be the size I am indicating? ____Barbara

I am new to R&R. I want to print a report, in columns, listing schools and the vocations taught. I don^t want a specific school^s list to span two columns or two pages (where the list starts at the bottom of one column and continues to the top of the next column or page. Is this possible?
