New 2008 server error.____I have others using 2008 R2 64 bit server without problem, so I know is works.. I just don_t know why I_m having problems with this install of an existing client^s data on a new 2008 server_ I suspect it could be a rights issue or something_ Hopefully someone has seen this ...

==> RE: RI_FILTER length

We are using a DBF with RI_FILTER set to 255. If we increase it by one character, not only does nothing show up when running the report, but it had locked some computers up! (usually in the designer, not exe runtime).____I have proved this on w98 and w2000 professional and w2000 Server.____When it^s...

export power...

I need a way to export more data fields than the ones just in one visible band line... can I bury fields in a line at the same level (say record), then use a property to determine whether the line prints or not... ie, if the output is FILE, then the data prints completely, including extra RECORD lin...

RTF embedding

Is there any way to specify the name or path of an OLE object that is embedded at design time, but had to change at runtime?? If so, how?____thanks.

RI_FILTER length

The documentation says 1024 maximum but if I set it > 255, the runtime fails to execute and no messages are given. It loads for a split second, then fails. v10+, Xbase____Is this already a known issue?? Is there a workaround or a fix planned?

Wait, that version looks like 10+ to me, which I don^t have at the moment. So does that mean I need to spend another $100+ to ^see^ if that fixes it? Or is there some place I can just get and replace the runtime drivers to know.______thanks.____-Steve

Top Margin

I was designing a label output and it doesn^t appear possible to set the top margin at runtime for a previously designed report... bad news since my laser needs .65" to print a .50" top margin (go figure) and I suppose a lot more of my clients may need to move the registration slightly to ...
