I do not follow. How can one Summary Band line be 4 inches deep ? Do you mean you have several Summmary band lines that in total are 4 inches deep. ____If it is 1 band line then if there is not sufficient room to fit it on a page then it will print on the next page. You can not print half a band lin...

Export to Xbase - RR Infinity
I have noticed that in 12.0.0.1 when you are exporting a band line you will get warnings about duplicate field names being exported when these duplicate field names are NOT on the band line being exported - they simply happen to be in the selection of fields that the report is working from. If you c...

It seeems I have much to learn about R&R SQL !! I have been blindly carrying on using RIPARAM function. I have re-tested this report using ParameteRR calculation and I must be doing something wrong. When I run the report in RSW.EXE designer it runs fine. But if I run it from Rapid Runner or RSWR...

Now I am getting confused - I seeem to have a version of RSWRUN.EXE dated 1st July 2002 with version number 10.0.1.0 although I don^t have R&R V10 - as far as I am concerned I have R&R 9.009. My version of RRPD.DLL on my C:WINNTSYSTEM322 directory is showing as 9.08.0 . My RSW.EXE is dated 1...

Excuse my ignorance but how does this request work in practice. There is no guarantee that the lines other than the one you export will be in the same format and so the delimination in Excel would make no sense.____Simon Bray.

Whilst I would agree that R&R has many areas where it could be improved in terms of field name length, understanding how the report hangs together (if you ae picking up someone elses report) the one area I have always rated R&R way ahead of other reporting tools is in its simplicity and abil...
