Can^t seem to collate when printing multiple copies of a report. I check the "collate" box in the print dialog box, but it still just prints sequentially, i.e. pg1, pg1, pg2, pg2, pg2, instead of pg1, pg2, pg1, pg2. I have tried it (I think) every way, saving the setting with the report, g...
