I sent an answer to the sort question a while ago and it has not been added to the log. Are you having problems with updates?

I have added another comment but the system updating the message seems to be delayed for days. Please update my message which I previously posted.

I have a mutal client that is also getting this message but its not when they exit. When they try to run a specific report it produces this error and then R&R closes. They are on R&R version 12.____I have asked them to add PDFDRIVER=0 into the RSW.ini file but this has made no difference.___...
