Katherine,____That may work with File Export but not with exporting to a Excel pivot table. Do you know of a work around for that? I^ve tried everything and just can^t run my pivot table reports. ____Thanks____Butch

Kathleen,____I just figured out the problem. My company updated my Office 2003 with service pack 3. This update wipes out the ability of Excel to see wks files. The only fix was to uninstall all Microsoft Office and re-install it without the updates. Thanks for your prompt reply.____Butch
