You can format multiple fields by clicking on each field while holding down the CTL key and then going to the pull-down menu^s FORMAT, then FONT or PROPERTIES. Of course you need to select field of the same type, character, numeric, etc.__

Bob,__You probably could use the SQL Edition of R&R with BusinessWorks Gold as long as you can get the ODBC driver for it. R&R SQL already comes with a bunch, such as Access, FoxPro, etc.__Thanks for your interest in R&R!____
