We are getting "Insufficient Memory for Print/Preview" when running print preview for our reports. The system has over 1 gig memory. The version is 10.0.012 at this point.____Any ideas____Allen

The only PDF related printer I see is user#acrobat pdfwriter, this gets created with adobe.____From the printer options in RR, I was expecting to see R&R Export to pdf, thats what the option said before.

Kathleen,____We updated the dll and related files according to the NT specs, the RR export to pdf still is not coming up as an option in the print list.____Any thing else we can try?

Thanks for your reponse,____The install.exe is not on the cd in that folder pdf_files. I did find the text document. Is there a way to zip the exe file so I can run it?(I have Outlook 2003, it blocks exe^s)____My email is awyzard@procarerx.com

Since latest R&R 10 Patch dated in May, the Export to pdf have not appeared in the printer selection list. Is there any way of correcting this issue, it was working fine prior to the patch. The patch help other issues so I would like to stay on this current release if possible.____Any ideas???

The reports we are trying to create are pretty standard, but its sort through about 2 hrs of data.

It occurs again when several reports are being processed. ____The User is connected via Metaframe to a Win 2k Advance Server. R&R 10 is on the server. The users desktop is a Win ME.

We are running 2 reports to a .pdf file and 1 report to a printer, all on the same system.After the completion of the sort process they seem to have a problem printing to the file and printer. Thanks for the reply,____Yes it does happen with new reports as well, we just upgraded to R&R10 over the past month. His operating system is Windows ME, he has about 4 printers to choose from. We tried changing the default several times.
