Hi, Kathleen,____Both version 8 and 9 give the same errors. One of our clients used them to query a report, and next day it failed to work. We reinstalled v.8, but it still has the same error.____Thanks for your help.____james

I have installed RRW 8 and 9 on a Win98 box. They have been working well until recently the RRW.EXE "cause the fault registry page error" (Win98 error messages).____Does anyone know what happened?____Thanks.____james

We have R&R 9 installed on our NT Citrix. Every time a user login as a domain user will get a Dr Watson error message: rrw.exe (0xc0000005, 0x100037c0) after log off.____Can someone help me, please?____james
