Hi__No its the same printer and they have tried another printer on the network. They have Infinity lite on that machine as well as the Infinity runtime, so that is a difference with the other users - I don^t know which went on first.__Thanks__Jackie

Hi__1 of my users can preview a report with a jpg logo and the image displays, but when he prints the image is not printed. Others are using the same report successfully. Can you suggest what is the problem with the setup? It is using the Infinity runtime.__Thanks

Trying to pass strings in using parameter strings rather than saving them to a database. Only the defaults are showing rather than the input value. Any ideas?____I am using R&R V 9.0.009 SQL version.
