Exporting to Excel as XLS
When we export to CSV the fields are correct. But if we export to XLS then the character fields are truncated to 39 characters? We set printername=CSV for CSV files and printername=W for XLS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Headings in CSV File
I want to produce a CSV file which has the names of the next 24 months in the headings. eg July 2014, August 2014 etc. If I run it next month, I^d want the headings to start August 2014, September 2014 etc. ie the headings would be dependent on when I ran the report. Is there a way of doing this? We...

We produce lots of CSV files from our software. However, this does not work for our European clients as they use full stops instead of commas. Any ideas on how to get around this?____Thanks______Anne

My default settings are A4 and portrait. If I create a brand new report on this Vista machine and change the page setup to Letter and save the report when I open the report again and check page setup for it - it^s changed back to A4. ____I^m very anxious that there is a problem developing reports un...

When I run the report it only shows the left hand side as if it were ...

I assume it^s the new OCX because I^ve tried with the current rswrun.exe and dlls in the folder. Then I^ve repeated it with the old rswrun and its dlls. It^s the same slow response. But I did not change the rsw32.ocx dated 13th October 2008 in the system32 folder as presumably that is registered

Problem with New 12.5 release?
Since I^ve loaded the new release of R&R2.5 I^ve noticed that it is slow to return control to the program after running a report. We launch our reports using the OCX control. Is this a known problem?
