Moved INI to folder. Tried it. Same error.

I am reseaching a problem with an application that is using R&R Report Writer, SQL Edition Version 10.1.1. On a workstation, viewing and printing work fine. On a Terminal Server, we get "Cannot execute Viewer EXE: error code 2". The RSW.INI (located in C:Windows) has the line:____ProgD...
