Thanks for investigating this. We^ll look into the behavior and include it in a 12.7 update. For now we^re trying to push 12.6 out the door.____Our apologies, but we just kept discovering "just one more thing" that we wanted to address.

I believe these are all Microsoft files. They may no longer be necessary. If things seem to be working OK without them, I wouldn^t worry.

Have you tried the ToDate() function? It takes the datetime, strips off the time and treats the field as a date only.____However, we *are* going to fix this behavior in a future release.

Have you tried reinstalling R&R for this user? Does everyone have their own dedicated desktop / VM on the remote server?____If you want, we can try a remote session.

I used to have this problem whenever MS Outlook was open. If I were to close it, R&R print preview would work.

I^ve noticed this within Excel as well. If you still have Excel 2003, and can create your own DBFs, you need to make the columns wide enough to display all the data, otherwise Excel uses some sort of algorithm to determine how wide the field is intended to be and you might wind up with truncation.
