The viewer only option is one of the choices that appears at installation when the CD is inserted in the drive. This option does not require a serial number, but installs the necessary files and registry entries so that your reports can be viewed. The "viewer" is either RRWRUN.EXE or RSWRU...

I think the easiest way to make sure that all the files for the runtime are in the right places is to perform an install and select the "Viewer Only" option. There are too many variables with settings to give you a list of files and folders.
