Could you just create another calculated field that would look in the Parameter field and change any occurrence of the circle character to a space?

I would assume that the reports are looking for dictionary definitions of fields and that the dictionary file is still on the local drive, while the reports are on the network.

You can bring almost any graphic into R&R and can attach a text file.

Information about these are in the RSWRUN.hlp (or RRWRUN.hlp) help file that should be in your R&R folder and/or on the CD.
