Do you have an extra line on the Page Footer? That might be it. By default the Page Footer band is two lines thick.____Eddie__Technical Support__LandMaster

We got this error with a server installation. The SETUP.EXE in the R&R directory, to do the client installtion, had not been run. Doing this solved the problem.____Eddie__Technical Support__LandMaster

===> RE: SQL Runtime crashes in Win2000
Correct me if I^m wrong but the crash happens when the user does not have permission to add or remove printers. So if you grant this permission the crash wouldn^t occur. There is more info on this in the FAQ^s under ^Online Resources^ on the website.____Eddie Marshall__Technical Support__LandMaster

Report Librarian
I have come across what I think may be a bug in the Report Librarian. When you save an existing report with an amended query a new entry is created in the report catalog. Is this correct? It would be far better if this didn^t happen as it is quite confusing and a wee bit annoying at times.____Eddie ...

In defence of the Librarian I use it without any problems. In fact it works well and for a new feature it is surprisingly bug free! :) The problems others have experienced have not been encountered by me, but meybe I^m just lucky?____If you can get it to work I am sure you^ll find it a useful way of...

They are going to try reinstalling everything from scratch. The client had moved offices and this is the only PC that wasn^t brand new so there must be some conflict between it and the new environment.____Once again, thanks for all your help.____Eddie
