Kathleen:____Can you update the status of the R&R forum?

Since this is a runtime icon, it uses the runtime files - The directory that holds the runtime files, does not have an image subdirectory. How do I tell the runtime where the blank.bmp is located?

I use this trick all the time, and it works just fine, but it would be a real enhancement if R&R would offer a field option that would allow you to conditionally format a field without having to go through all this.
