You can use the transform function to convert a number to a string and specify formatting.____So if I have a numeric field called mynumber that contains 123.4567__I can use:__transfrom(mynumber,"99999.9999")__and my output will be a string with 123.4567____Kathleen__R&R Support

The best solution would be to convert the RRW reports to RSW format using RRCNVRT.EXE and selecting an Access ODBC datasource and then editing the reports after conversion. Is there an RRWLINK.INI present? If so, rename it and you should be all set.__This INI contains a path to the location where the UDF is expected to reside. If the path specified in the INI cannot be found, then you will get the user function access error.__Kathleen__R&R Support____
