Printing report specification

All of client^s reports are having issues with printing the report specification. When we go to File Print, select Print report specification, then click OK, an r&r exe error appears & the application shuts down. What would cause this to happen & is there a fix?____Thanks

What version of R&R and what printer is selected?____Kathleen__R&R Support
