Page size won^t stick

I have a very simple report to print an address on a 4" x 6" label. But I cannot get the page size to stick in RR; I choose 4x6 label, or something else like Com-10 envelope. Save the report. Open page setup and it is back to "letter". And the report doesn^t print correctly apparently due to this page size problem.____Any suggestions?____

Are you opening the report on the same machine where you saved the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yes I am opening it on the same machine where I saved it. ____But FWIW that is probably not the machine I first created and saved the report...is this what you mean?____David

The page size that is available depends on the selected report. What happens if you open the report, re-select the printer, re-select the page size, save the report, then close and re-open the report?____Kathleen__R&R Support

When I follow the procedure in your previous message, whenever I reopen the report the page size has reverted to "Letter".____David

What operating system and printer are you using and what is the definition of the form size you have selected. Also how many forms are defined on your machine?____Kathleen__R&R Support

OS is Windows XP sp2____Printer is Brother HL-1470N (network printer)____Form size is 4" x 6" and appears in the Windows Printer server dropdown list.____I count 126 forms on that dropdown list.____Thanks for your help____David

It could be the number of forms is causing R&R to be confused. Are there any that can be deleted?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I deleted the forms that I could, perhaps 10 - 20 total. All the others are greyed out and can^t be deleted. There are certainly a lot of forms still there that are of no use to our office....____This did not change the RR problem behavior.____
