R&R Report Viewer, XBase Crashes

Post by anne_howe » Thu Mar 02, 2006 12:45 pm

When I try to print a report the error "Report viewer has encountered a problem and has to close" is obtained. __R&R is on our server and from some PCs the report is printed before the error message but on others only the error message is displayed.____The error details are;____AppName: rrwrun.exe__AppVer:9.0.7.0__ModName:cdintf.dll__ModVer:1.0.0.1__Offset: 000037c0

Rename the file CDINTF.DLL to CDINTF.OLD and the problem should go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Check in your windowssystem or system32____The error message points to that file which is why I think it must be present. You may want to do a full search for all instances of it that might be available in any of your search paths.____Kathleen__R&R Support
