Cannot read from totals file
Kathleen__I have a report written in xbase version 10, that when it is run using either the report designer or the runtime it displays an error _Cannot read from total file_. __The report is very simple, and has two total fields in it. One a grand total, and two a header band total. The header band total is running preprocessed. The grand total is simply just a running total.__In the designer after the error message is dismissed it displays information in the report. (how complete it is, is suspect). Using the runtime the report simply errors. __Does R&R use temp files to do preprocess totals, if so is there a limitation to them, size of file or size of total?____Keith__

We do use temp files that are placed in the windows temp directory. There no limit on our side on the size or number of these. Do you see this problem with just this report or can it be reproduced with any report?____Kathleen__R&R Support
