cannot match printer

When I try to print from Rapid Runner (for only some reports), I get the following error message (though others do not get this message):____"Cannot match printer or port in control file"______What can I do to solve this problem?____Thanks!

The error means that the printer you have selecting is not actually available on your machine.____You can look at the rapidrunner set file in notepad to see what is being set.____Kathleen__R&R Support
