Closing R&R Report Writer

I have a client that sometimes forgets to shutdown R&R which locks up some key files that our software needs to use during the nightly process. I would like to know if there is any way to set up a scheduled task that would automatically shut down R&R if it is open at a certain time?____Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..____Thanks!____Marcel
