Have you been able to recreate the problem with the scan?____I noticed Jeff Fried had problems with runtime vs full version.

He was using 12.0.001 I believe and you have 9.0.009. If you can send the report and data files to me I can have a look at what is happening.____Kathleen__R&R Support__livesupport@livewarepub.com
