Crash on Save

When saving a report using version 12 (Build 12.0.002), I get message____The instruction at "0x7800fa97" referenced memory at "0x8d500168". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program____Click on OK and get____The instruction at "0x6c3b5115" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "read".__Click on OK to terminate the program____Click on OK and exits R&R.____When I go back in, the report appears to have been saved properly. ____Any idea what is going on here?____Thanks.

Thanks.____As you suggested,I edited the file c:windowsRRW.INI and in the DEFAULTS section add a line:__LIBRARIAN=OFF____and problem is resolved.______
