PDF Export printer

Good Day All,____I wonder if someone can point me in the right direction, I am having problems accessing the R & R Pdf Printer. If I open R & R (V10.0.12) on my local Pc it^s fine 100% there. ____However if print a report from within our application in Citrix sometimes it^s there and sometimes it^s not, depending on the user who logs in, again if you have access to the R & R Pdf Printer it works 100%. ____So obviousely we need to add something into the users profile but what and where?____Thanks in advance for your help :-)____Regards____Tim__
