Logo Error Messages
We recently upgraded a client to v10 from v9. When the client opens a report with a logo, we get an error message that the file must be converted to a bitmap. It could be a TIF file they are using for the logo, but we can^t even open it to edit it. Please advise.__Thank you,__Jimi Chappell

I just tested 10.1.003 and was able to read a TIF without a problem.__What variant of 10 are you using?____Kathleen__R&R Support

I was able to use both the jpg and the tif that you sent to me without a problem in 10.1.003. The problem may be that the user is missing the appropriate LeadTools image support files. I just emailed a ZIP to you containing these files.____Kathleen__R&R Support

It could be that you mail server is not allowing the attachment through. If you could send me a email with an alternate reply address I will send the file again.____Kathleen__R&R Support
