Corrupt PDF File by Runtime

Post by Verne_(Guest) » Sun Aug 06, 2006 12:35 pm

We want to use Rapid Runner (V12) to produce relatively universal database content documention with PDF files but, there^s a glitch..____PDF files produced by Rapid Runner on an XP machine with RR 12 installed makes a correct PDF File that can be accessed by Acrobat Reader.____However, PDF files created by Rapid Runner on a machine where RR was not installed produces PDF files that Acrobat Reader (6.0 or 7.0) cannot open and gives a corrupt file error message. I have tried adding all of the "possibly required" R&R files on the "distribution" machine and any other I thought might be needed with no success.____ Any Suggestions ?______

Sure sounds like you are missing a file if a full install of R&R makes it work.__What if you do a full install and then start taking away the files that you did not include in your runtime distribution?____Kathleen__R&R Support
