Printing issues using FilePrint

I am working with a client on version 9.0, accessed through Citrix Metaframe, and when they select File>Print to print a report, the application closes without an error message and does not free the license. However, if they use the print button, it prints and all is well. Any ideas on what might cause this?__THANX!!!
